I wanted to know about my chances in top 10 MFE programs as I have low confidence due to poor grades in Undergraduate. would appreciate feedback on what things I can do to improve my chances for the same

Do you have any finance work experience (non SDE) or coursework? probably one area you can look into I think

You are out of undergrad, and will be well into your career when you apply, so work experience matters more than undergrad GPA now. You, as a candidate, are a lot different than you were when you graduated. Not totally sure how you will leverage your work experience into proving qualification, that bit is up to you as you know much more about what you have been doing.

That said, you will need to show that you have that stuff down pat. Your pre-reqs are good, although you might need to add in some mathematical statistics. Not sure what 'data analysis and interpretation' entailed.

Thanks for kind feedback.
Data analysis and interpretation is more like stat 101 with topics like
Descriptive statistics
Discrete and continuous probability
Random variables and expectation
Special random variables: Gaussian, Bernoulli, Beta, Gamma, Uniform, Poisson, Exponential, Binomial, etc.
Hypothesis testing
Parameter estimation
Regression
Probability density estimation
