Hi, haven't done it yet. But from what I have heard it ain't that difficult, you don't have to worry about it too much

Do you know the topics? I'm reviewing derivatives and integrals mainly. But I don't know if we should study also multivariable calculus and linear algebra.

Yes, you type it out without an IDE. You just add a comment at the top specifying which language your using
