UCB extended their application deadline for the Spring 26 cycle till 10/15. So I submitted my application on 10/14, I wonder If I have a chance of being accepted. Also, I am curious if I would get an interview, when do I expect to receive an email. And also when would they post their dicisions.

There are many applicants from round 2, 3 with Waitlisted status on the tracker.
As you are applying in the last round, it's now a wait and see for you. The program will process waitlisted applicants from previous rounds first. How many seats available for last round will depend on the yield and response rate from previous ones.

I was initially planning to apply for Spring 27 cycle, but I received email from the program saying that they extended the application to 10/15 and they would review the new applications case by case. I thought that they might not have enough students for this cycle and there might be a higher chance of getting in, that is why i decided to apply early.

No problem. If you don't get in this year, you can always apply for Spring 27 like original plan. At least you have a chance to find out your weakness to improve.
