need advice on recommender

One recommender is my start-up partner. He has two sets of title/affiliation/email.

Since the letter is all about our entrepreneur stories, I think he should use the start-up title/email.
But some programs frown on free email, like gmail, should he use the email of his full time job?

Email address has no relevancy. Your application will contain a print out of his letter, not the email address where he used to send in that letter.
