Im a recent graduate from physics engineer in mexico, first I wanted to become a data analyst until I knew more about quant, I am looking for a masters degree in europe, Im also learning german, is the Mathematical finance and actuarial science program from TU Munich a good option? should I look for an option in Uk or in Europe? Thanks

Yes, TU Munich is a good school with a good placement record. Tuition is low compared to UK.
UK is still a main financial center in Europe. Plenty of jobs but you may want to get into the few top programs there.
