NYC Pre-MFE programs or online programs

Are there other NYC pre-MFE programs besides Baruch? If yes, can you please name them. Are there other Online Pre-MFE programs? Is there another Online C++ program that would satisfy the programming requirements of most MFE programs? I know that the Baruch one has a long waiting list. I was wondering if someone didn't want to wait, if there were other options available. Thanks.
