We are a hedge fund incubator and high frequency trading provider focused on launching new high frequency strategies, prop shops. and hedge funds. We are backed by a very successful hedge fund with a proven 5+ yr track record and strong business relationships throughout the street.
Our technology was designed specifically for high frequency trading and was developed 100% in-house over a period of 2 years. Our strategy development platform is based on a C++ API, and includes low latency quotes, order management, risk management, and a full backtest environment with simulator. Our trading infrastructure is co-located for top round trip speeds of 1 millisecond or less and currently handles trading volume well in excess of 50 million shares a day with vast capacity to scale. In addition, we have a platform for running multiple managed accounts as part of our fully automated back office solution.
Our business model for high frequency traders allows them to establish their own funds, invest in their own capacity, control their own IP, and build their own businesses. We allocate investment capital and, depending on performance and pedigree, may provide working capital as well. For traders who are eager to run an autonomous business, the economics we offer can be significantly more compelling than that of "hedge fund hotels" or our competitors.
We would like to add 3 strategists to our platform. Although we are currently focused on US equities, we welcome inquiries from futures traders as we will shortly be launching a futures platform as well.
Our requirements are:
* Outstanding high frequency pedigree with experience at a top tier high frequency firm or, for independent traders, an audited track record with extraordinary performance
* Minimum Sharpe ratio of 4, Sharpe 10-15+ preferred
* Expertise in US Equities trading, including comprehensive knowledge of US Equity data feeds and execution algos
* Expertise in C++, familiarity with Linux
* Strategies expected to generate $10MM+ in annual PNL with ability to scale higher
