High school senior, going to matriculate to a t5 university and major in math and computer science next year. What are some steps I can take to get a trading internship in my sophomore/junior year and land a return offer? I don't have USAMO-level math experience, will I have to make up for that somehow?

I'm just a little confused about who gets interviews/internships.

Most companies host trading competitions as a way to identify the next generation of talent. Participate in these and standout.
