I am intending to do a full time course on FE this year and I came accross these two local universities that are offering the course now.
"A" university's course structure can be found in http://www.fbe.hku.hk/programs/mfin/index.asp?doc=course.structure
"B" univeristy's course structure can be found in MSc in Mathematics (Financial Mathematics and Statistics) - Department of Mathematics, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology
I wonder which one is better than the other ?
I think the "B" uni offers C++ skills training on FE but it does not cover so many topics as much as "A" uni especially on economic study and financial asset valuation.
As for "A" uni, the programming skill the training it can provide only focuses on VBA and excel modelling. So I am still in the struggle to decide which uni's course should I go for.. Can any one help me on this please?
thanks
John
