Managing Emerging Systemic Risks
Tuesday, February 3, 2015
New York Life Insurance, 51 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010

In our interconnected world no emerging risk can be ignored. Multiple marginal risks today can amplify and cascade to become tomorrow’s economic tsunami. Our only hope of mitigating systemic risks lies in early detection. Monitoring emerging risks from global events and financial interdependencies allows us to more proactively manage risk individually and collectively. Our goal is to always “stay in the game” by avoiding debilitating losses, and then selectively seizing opportunities to turn risk into reward.
