I have done my Five year Integrated Post Graduation (BTech in IT and MBA) from one of the prestigious institute in India (Rank 25). Following is my profile:

7.17 (This is weakest point in my profile as my maths and probability grades are average. They go like Engineering Maths 1 (C-), Engineering Maths II (C), Probability & Statistics (C), Quantitative Methods (B), Modelling and Simulation (B-), Programming in C (C-), Data Structures (A-), Programming Languages (B), C++ Lab (A-), Financial management (B), FRM (B), International Finance (C), Summer Project in FRM (A-), Thesis in FRM (B)
A- is Excellent, B is V.Good, B- is good, C is average, and C- is below average
Work Ex
1year 10 months work experience in a market research company as a Quant analyst (awarded for excellent client service)
2.5 year Part Time work ex in college (1.25 years as Software developer and 1.25 year as financial analyst)
Certification
Institute of Actuaries of India (papers cleared are Probability and Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Statistical Methods, Finance and Financial Reporting, Business Economics)
National Stock Exchange Exam (Derivatives Advanced Model, Financial Markets Advanced Model both 90% +)

Currently left my job and working under my prof on calculus + Finance

3 months online - Business plan for a German company
Giving Mathematics Subject Test - Expecting 80%ile+ (What is be a good percentile for MFE)
GRE - 319 (167 Q, 152 V, 4 AWA)
Toefl - Yet to give (Expecting 100+)
I can crack essays and get good recommendations. But I am greatly concerned about my grades. maths and prob and computer prog were in first two semesters. I am trying to cover up with my current internship (prof will also recommend me on that) and Maths subject test, but still I am really nervous in applying. Should I take a chance for Top FE Schools?
