i want to study mathematical finance or quantitative finance.
can you suggest universities as safe, moderate and ambitious..
i am interested in both US.

Ambitious, please regive GRE as these programs are very competitive.

Looks like you are looking into many different type of masters. I would suggest you to get a deeper look into those programs. Some are very mathematical, some are more financial.

More Quant means proving maths
More Computing means SAS R MATLAB VBA C++
Corporate Finance & Investment Banking means toward CFA Equity
Actuarial Focus
Real Estate Focused more toward MBS
Financial Risk towards FRM
More toward Derivative pricing as a focus

If you take my opinion, take GRE again, a high quant score is desirable alongwith good enough verbal. Also, have you completed all the math prerequisite courses?

Tulane Univ Finance program is very popular among China applicants. A loooot of Chinese applicants every year.
Agree with all my friends above, you should retake your GRE.
