I'm currently in the best institute in India pursuing engineering.
Keeping the certifications, internships, GRE aside.
What are my chances of getting in if i have low GPA, 3.2/4.
I have a ton of relevant coursework
including linear algebra, calculus, programming, probability, statistics, Time Series, Stochastic Processes, Operations Research and Machine Learning. Are these courses of help if I apply with work experience? Are online courses considered legit?

I know some w/ similar profiles who were admitted. You have to hit GRE out of the park. Online courses - C++ here is considered legit, most others are not to best of my knowledge (for admission purposes - they are legit for acquiring knowledge).
