Hello all,

Apologies if some of the questions are a repeat, but I wanted to seek some opinions from senior/ experienced folks in the community about a full-time position as a "quantitative researcher" at WorldQuant. Specifically:

1. How do you compare it with other firms like Citadel, Two Sigma, or Hudson River Trading?
2. Beyond the base salary, would there be any difference in the bonus compensation structure for their Asia offices (India/China) vs. the NY office, in the "quantitative researcher" role?
3. How is the employee attrition rates at this company? What are the major reasons that people might have left?

Thanks for any information on any of the above.
