im struggerling to find out how to work out this problem.

A sample of size n=49 is taken from the population having mean u=100 and the standard deviation o=12. find the probability that X will lie between 96 and 104?

I know the answer is 0.9802 but i dont know how they got that and just looking for some advice on how they worked it out.

p(96<X<104) = p((96-100)/(12/7)<Z<(104-100)/(12/7)) = 0.9802
