Question about Carnegie Mellon's MSCF program

Hi everyone, I am a 3rd year college student with a GPA of around 3.6 but with one F grade and 2 withdraw grades. However I am planning to transfer to a different school, would my previous F and W grades jeopardize my chances of getting into the program and what should I do in order to have a better chance of getting into this program?

You can't change past grades, so the best thing to do would be to make sure you don't have fails/withdraws at your new school, and get good GRE scores.
