Regarding edX courses

Hi all,
I received some B's in a few math courses. While not terrible, I want to ensure my application is as strong as possible, and I'm looking for ways to counteract the impression these grades might leave.
My initial thought was to take edX certifications in relevant math topics. However, I'm not entirely sure how much weight admissions committees place on these.
What are your general opinions on edX certifications (specifically for rigorous math courses from reputable universities) for demonstrating proficiency in graduate school applications? Do they carry significant weight, or are they more supplementary?
Are there better alternatives to demonstrate strong mathematical knowledge and mitigate the impact of those undergrad B's? I'm looking for actionable advice.

Thank you so much.

what about the other questions, are the edX/Coursera certifications worth any value?
