Same Company Different Locations

I am wondering how the companies select you to interview for different office locations when you have applied for positions in different regions (USA, Europe). Sometimes the websites (or forms) to apply for positions in different continents are different and sometimes not. Will you get two interviews for two locations?
 
if you are eligible to work for the two locations, then the respective HR will contact you.
