How easy it is to get loans without cosigner for MFE students in baruch or CMU. UCB has a tie up with UniCredit which gives 50k for international students without cosigner. Does other mfe programs also have the same tie ups or facilities

None that I know of. Some universities have special loan programs (UCB, MIT) but you have to verify if those programs are still in existence or that the eligibility applies to you.
Rule of thumb is that as international student, you are expected to show to be financially independent. It's risky to take such a big loan without a clear picture of employability after getting the degree. Something to think about.
