Have you guys ever heard of this prop firm called T3 Trading? It seems like a decent firm with a lot of experienced traders but they require a risk capital deposit of $5k. They have been covered by WSJ and a lot of their traders have been interviewed by CNBC, Bloomberg News, etc. Here are a few examples:

The guy who trains entry-level traders used to work for Trillium, one of the top prop firms. I thought he was lying about his job at Trillium until I found an online post by him when he was at Trillium:http://www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/s72303/cgiannone121003.htm
Let me know if you guys think this is a legit firm.
 
I can vouch for Carl.

I have known him in a professional context for over 5 years and he is a close friend.

In 2009 I briefly traded NYSE equities on his previous desk at Assent - many of the senior traders that I worked with moved to T3 after Assent closed their prop operations.

He takes a genuine interest in the training and mentoring of new hires - beyond that, you get what you put in.
