Hello guys !!

I know this might be a very basic question, but i'm not able to get my head around this !!

Isn't a quant a trader by design ?

1. Understand financial models / markets and create the one the would suite you need.
2. With enough exposure, you should be able to start doing it on your own ?

(apologies if this thread is duplicate ! )

Regards
KP

Chefs prepare the food, waiters serve it. Sometimes the same person does both, but the finer the restaurant, the less likely it is for the same person to do both those jobs. ;)

At very good French restaurants it's the head waiter who liaises with customers
