What do you mean by all seats were fully placed?

I meant they admitted all the students necessary (around 80 students) and all we did was wait for someone to withdraw since the admission cycle was over.

Yes. A few candidates get a guarantee for the next cycle.

I don't think so they received mine on the 23rd after I got an interview invite.

I received an admission offer around 1 week after my interview on the 29th! Currently my top choice (CMU is probably the only Masters program I would need to decide between and I have some shot in the dark PhD programs) and would love to connect with anyone who also gets in!
