I got a checklist later and I wonder if it is worth to spend time and effort in finishing those courses and if it will influence their decision. It also shows I will have a second interview, not sure if it is technical interview or just normal interview

I had a word with admission committee. They replied that you will get the final decision on or before 21st August.

Wondering why they take so much time if the cohort size is relatively much smaller as compared to MBA program.
