I have been admitted into the MFE of Umich

doctoral program of quantitative finance at Stony Brook.

Umich is familiar to us....

As for the PhD program, it is possible to get scholarship after one year.
Most importantly, SB has a connection with the financial industry and a lot of faculties here have own financial company, such as the Renaissance Tech
There are some paid intern during the study also.

Currenly I am more likely to choose the doctoral program, and I want to be quantitative analyst in the future.

Without considering the cost, which program do you think is more suitable for me.

BTW, CMU gave me the WaitingList.

Thank you very much!

Since I don't think anybody knows you, nobody will be able to answer this question.

In a PhD program, you advisor is more important than the school. If you don't know what is suitable for yourself, you might want to consider not doing a PhD.

does it mean they are not giving you a dime for the first year? Search QN. This specific point has been discussed before regarding PhD programs.
