Hi!
I am wondering if anyone had any advice on or experience with Warwick MSc Statistics and/or UCL’s Computational Finance.
I know Warwick is a great school for undergraduate maths but I am not sure how it is viewed at a postgraduate level for employers. I chose to apply to their Statistics (Finance Pathway) course over the Fin Math one as I wanted something more rigorous from a math and stat POV.
UCL has a great brand name and being located in London would be great, but is the CF programme really that good?
Contemplating, taking the Warwick offer and then furthering my studies somewhere after instead, perhaps in ML or Financial Stats related?
Aiming to get into quant buy or sell side role but also interested in ML/Data Science as another option.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
