Just a little bit about me- I graduated college in 2020 and am interested in pursuing an MFE. Currently, I work at a tech company that is digitalizing the banking experience in wealth management and my specific role is in quant. I have developed and coded various pricing and volatility models (SLV, Double Heston) and I also have a lot of experience in pricing derivatives (barrier, exotics) using Monte Carlo techniques. I have worked on other stuff as well but my work in pricing was by far the most interesting.
Seeing as that I'll only have about 2 years experience until I start MFE, what are my chances of landing a derivatives pricing role post MFE? If not derivatives pricing, what other role could I pursue that involves similar work to what I have mentioned above?
Thanks in advance.
