When should I apply to the Pre-MFE at Baruch?

I’m currently a rising sophomore in my undergraduate university, math statistics double major interested in applying for the pre mfe program at Baruch. At what point should I apply to the program as I will have completed Up to Calc 4 and Probability/Statistics by spring of 2022 in my second semester of sophomore year. Is the pre mfe program intended for junior year and senior year applicants in undergraduate universities? Please let me know thanks!!!
