Yahoo Fantasy Baseball program

Does anybody have any idea whether it is possible to write a program that would allow you to add/drop a player in Yahoo Fantasy Baseball (instead of actually going into the web browser and doing it manually)?

I am familiar with C and C++ but I don't know much about web programming.
