about GRE SUB MATH

I wanna registrate for GRE Math SUB, however, it's not available online right now
Can I register for 11/08/08, did I miss the deadline now?

The Subject Test dates for the 2008-2009 testing year are as follows.
October 18, 2008
November 8, 2008
April 4, 2009
Registration for the 2008-2009 testing year will begin in July, 2008. Please contact us at that time or visit the www.ets.org/gre website for registration information for the 2008-2009 testing year.
$130 Subject Tests - U.S., U.S. Territories, and Puerto Rico
$150 Subject Tests - All other locations
