Hi,

I wrote a cover letter and essays about my past experience/accomplishments/reasons to join the program, and found myself repeating similar information among these two. I wonder how should I organize them so that none of them seems redundant.
And according to what I learned from one of its online chat page, different sections of the application will be reviewed by different people. Does it mean that the cover letter and essays should be complete by themselves so that similar information appears in both places are fine?

yes, both should be complete by themselves. even though this'll result in some things being repeated, you have to assume that people who read it are going to skim, and skip sections or papers altogether.
