Given that I have access to a bloomberg terminal, can I incorporate streaming data from the terminal into a R script written on a personal computer? Or would I be better off disregarding the bloomberg terminal completely and try to import data in R through bloomberg APIs?

Thank You.

I'm pretty sure Bloomberg doesn't want their data to end up on your personal computer.
