Bloomberg do some very good talks on quant stuff, well worth attending or viewing, but preferably in person.
Remember one of myiron rules of getting a quant job is that you need to stand out by having something to offer that your competitors do not.
Any course gives you the same knowledge as hundreds of competitors which is necessary but not always sufficient.

Some of getting a quant job is "sounding like a quant" at interviews. That's hard for me to put into text here, but every line of work has a "culture" of ways of saying things, vocabulary, jokes, sayings etc. That is something you can only really pick up from meeting people who already have this kind of job.
Also the "lockdown demographic" is now a thing at the entry level. Many have not developed the same social and networking skills that older people assume you ought to have. A big part (I'd guess 25%) of getting any quant job is the "pub test", as hiring managers ask themselves "would I want to go drinking with this guy ?" since you spend more time with the people you work with than whoever you sleep with.
Quants often think that it is somehow "cheating" to use their brains to get on with people, or that as STEM geeks they can't.

I used to teach soft skills before Covid on Paul Wilmott's CQF course was asked because I am by nature supernaturally rude but learned how to do it because getting on with people is a skill that can be learned rather than a talent you were born with.
You can do it too and as above they are skills you can learn by doing.
