What my friend got says little about the interview and says the final decision will be given anytime before August, while mine says "invite u to complete an interview" and 'if the interview done before 04/06, a final decision might be given before 04/15'

Only ambiguous information.
In the letter: "Candidates may be admitted from the waitlist at any time up until the class arrives on campus in August. We will keep you updated at the decision notification date for each round."
In the faq: "Your application will be considered with those applying in the next round and an updated decision will be made on your application. Your updated decision will be released on or before the Round 2 Decision Notification date of May 10, 2018. You will receive an email on or before the 10th telling you to check your application for a new decision – it could be admit, deny or remain on the Waitlist."

submitted by the normal 10th Dec deadline. I presume they are still sending out invites.
