COMPARE CMU MSCF(Pittsburgh Campus) or Upenn CS

Hi guys I have two offers not declined yet. One is CMU MSCF at pittsburgh the other is Upenn CS. Cannot decide which one to go to.

I like programming and hi-tech comps are really cool and with more freedom but Upenn is not famous for CS, at least not for what I learn; CMU MSCF have a good reputation and decent employment statistics but I will not be going to NY campus, where most recruiting events hold. And curriculum at MSCF is not flexible.

Can anyone help me to list the pros and cons of these two options?
