Hi all,

I read in an earlier post that a high GRE math score will increase the chance of getting into top schools. I am just wondering how high is enough ...

Thanks in advance.

You are talking about GRE Subject Math OR the Math score in the GRE general test ?

GRE Subject Math : 75+ percentile
Math Score in GRE General : 800

I think all this has already been discussed in the earlier posts.

Maybe I should make my profile more concrete.
I am a 4B Actuarial Science student.
My cumulative GPA is 96 (my school use 100% system).
GRE: 620/800 + 4.5
I did not take any pure math courses, so the Math subject test was quite challenging to me ..
I only got 83% in GRE math sub. I am just wondering if sending it will add values to my application.

Thank you very much.
