How does "quant trader" differ from "bond trader" and "stock trader"?

I just wanna know what qualifications or skills differentiate quant traders from either bond or stock traders.

Quant trader can be a stock trader or a bond trader. Your question should be whats the difference between a quant trader and a discretionary trader.
Basically a quant trader develops a method based on numbers and a discretionary trader trades on his discretion.
