Is an MFE better than an MS in CS?

Does an MFE confer a genuine advantage over a masters' in comp sci, given that the CS degree is from a top school? I'm asking because a degree in CS is quite a bit more flexible and generally less expensive. Presumably you'd be able to focus on computational finance as a CS student and take many of the same classes.
