What are three professional forums/blogs in this field that you guys follow on a regular basis? Thanks.

There are a handful of forums (well, about three that I can categorize about this field, Quantnet is one of them).
The number of blogs is probably more but since blog is run by one person and they tend to grow and die super fast.
The NYT gives a few reasons why.
There is https://www.quantnet.com/threads/narrow-tranche-blog.2596/
You can also seek out well-known people in this field and some of them have blogs. Wilmott, Derman, Taleb, etc have them but it's not updated frequently because it's a personal effort.
