Quants in Poland for major banks?

Hi, as a recent graduate with decent experience would you accept Risk Model Validation roles in Poland for Tier 1 banks? Which are the pros and cons? Can the salary go over enough after some years? Is that easy to move in another country after years in Poland for major banks?
