Some programs now waive the GRE test so you may not need to retake it to get the 170 score which is not certain. You may have a bad day taking the test.
Expand your program selection to have a few more.
Look at the student profiles at these programs. They may have different selection bias so you need to apply where you fit what they are looking for. More importantly, make sure they offer the courses and employment opportunities and roles you are interested in. Not all programs are suitable for you.
 
This is a terrible GRE score. Also your profile is very bad with no relevant experience. I suggest that you forget about Columbia, the fantastic MIT program etc and apply to lower ranked programs. Only those are possible for you. You do not deserve to be in the top programs with your not great profile. This is honest opinion from myself. Do not take personal. I don't sugarcoat
