I have decided to learn probability on my own from a book as only introductory part of it was in my course.

My question is how to tell the admission committee of financial engineering programs that I have taken the course as there are no certificates involved.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers to all!!!!

“When in doubt, tell the truth.”

I think that this is the kind of thing that could be credibly explained in an application.

Just out of curiosity, how does one test or check that the stuff has been learned?

Random e.g. "I did this book and did all the exercises"
