Any information on when the deposit deadline is?

Hi all, I submitted my UCB MFE application in round 1. And I just finished my interview today. But its website indicates the decision date for round 1 is March 6, 2020. So, has UCB extended its round 1 decision date? Or does this mean that I am put on the waitlist? Or am I somehow considered to be a round-2 applicant?

It seems they do extend decision date for some applicants.

Has anyone being admitted in round 1 receive the official offer from Berkeley?

Not yet. I have emailed them and they said they will send all offer letters to the graduate division in mid April.

I guess so. Maybe we need to wait for the formal admission. But I think the recommendation for admission is already a gurantee for formal admission. No need to worry.

I got a checklist later and I wonder if it is worth to spend time and effort in finishing those courses and if it will influence their decision. It also shows I will have a second interview, not sure if it is technical interview or just normal interview
