What should I do with my holidays?

I just finished my first year of undergraduate studies and other than an internship early next year, I have nothing to do until I start my studies again in March of 2012. I was just wondering what would be something productive that I could apply myself to, e.g., a relevant certificate or online course that I could work through?

I am on the waiting list to start Andy and Daniel's C++ course; however, I am not sure how long it will be before that comes through, so I was looking for some alternatives (not necessarily C++ courses).
