Andy, I have a quick question
I was hoping to enhance my c++ abilities prior to enrollment at Uchicago this fall. I plan to start the C++ course that Baruch offers after I take the CFA Lv1 test in June. Will I be able to start the course right away maybe on the 10th of June. Will it be just like I pay tuition on maybe June 5th and then boom I get to start on the 10th? Hope to hear from you soon

Andy,
I got accepted into Columbia's MFE but I am still waiting on MIT to release decisions. I gotta secure my place by March 5 and MIT is going to release decisions by March 14th and refused to give me an early decision. Should I ask Columbia for an extension?

Hello, Andy. I want to purchase the c++ course. And I think I’ve complete the payment and the bank's system showed the money has been paid. But the website went wrong. Ihave completed core courses (stochastic, regression models, intro to FE). Hi Andy, I have been reading your comments in forums for months and I am very impressed about your knowledge in this field. I am a PhD in Applied Mathematics and an early stage Assistant Professor in Applied Mathematics with strong programming knowledge in Matlab and C++. My goal is to become a Quant. I was wondering what would be your suggestion for the simplest way to achieve this goal.

Hey Andy,planning to take C++ course in Spring 13. But a target school has this on their PreReq page:
Prerequisite courses may only be taken in a regular classroom setting; online or Internet courses are not accepted.

Hi Andy, I am a undergraduate stuent who is going to declare a major. I am interested in finance, physics, and math. My dream job is working as a quant. I am not sure if going to business school of USC or UCBerkerley and double major in math is a good choice. I can also take six computer classes to get a computer science minor. Or do you think getting a C++ certificate during or after education is enough. Thank you!

Hi andy. Gave my GRE today. got 317,q-163,v-154. GPA-4 and no work experience in Finance field. What all college can i look at.Pls guide me.
Cud u also tell me a bit about NUS-MFE and NUS-QF..scope of both the course. In d NUS-mfe site i saw the gre score req is 320..is it mandatory?

Hi Andy, I'm sorry to bother you. I've decided to take up a course in the C++ certificate for Baruch, however, i can only be free after december this year, 2012. I wonder if it is possible if you could schedule one class to begin after the 1st Dec 2012? Or if there might be another enrollment for the C++ after this Oct Enrollment, which i could participate in..

I have a suggestion for 2013 Rankings: for them to come out at the first quarter. I don´t know if the logistics would make this impossible. I'm just suggesting because at that quarter most people decide which program to enroll, so fresh information would be very helpfull
