You should register with CQF and get the genuine material from CQF themselves.

Ah didnt realize they explicitly disallow sharing the material.. Not like when I sell my used college books even though I dont own the copyright.

If i 'm not wrong, CQF syllabus is based on 3 books written by Dr.Paul Wilmott. You can buy them on amazon.
Vol 1 - Mathematical and finance foundations, basic theory of derivatives, risk & return.
Vol 2 - Exotic contracts and path dependency, fixed income modeling & derivatives, credit risk
Vol 3 - Advanced topics, numerical methods and programs
