I'm thinking about starting Baruch College's course on Python with Applications in Finance. However, I have a MacBook Pro. Is it possible to do this course by coding on macOS, or do I have to do it on Windows? Is it possible to do at least part of the course in macOS? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

The entire course is doable on Windows, Mac, or Linux. PyCharm has a version for Mac (and Linux), and there is no course dependency on Windows.

Thanks Avi! That's good to know. The reason I asked is because the C++ for Financial Engineering course that I did earlier was much more suited to the Windows environment, with Visual Studio and interaction with Excel files and stuff. Just wanted to be sure that this course would work equally as well on macOS as on Windows.
