Hi all,
I'm applying to a basket of MFE and MSMF programs for Fall 2014 entry. I have knowledge of Virtual Basic.
Next semester, I have the option of taking one of the following courses at my current university:
1. C# Programming
2. Intro to Mathematical Computation (Matlab)
3. Python Programming
4. Numerical Analysis (includes programming, probably not in C++)
I understand that C++ is the most widely preferred language. My university, however, is not offering a C++ course this Spring. I can study C++ over the Summer, but for now I can only take one of the above courses. Essentially, I am asking, given that I am constrained to only one of the above four courses, which one will look best on my applications, in general?
