I applied in round 1 and still havent heard anything. Probably the chance for me is 0% now.

One of my friends got a reply that said they'll be conveying him the decision by April end.

Well in the website they ask applicant to not contact them before the end of April, so I don't wanna bombard their mailbox. Many 2nd round applicants got admitted already, so I don't have much hope left.

How do you know about second round applicants being admitted?
I haven't seen any activity on tracker yet.

On the tracker, I notice that some people submitted their applications after January 17 (round 1 deadline) and got admitted already. Hence, I think that some 2nd round applicants already received decision from Uchicago.

I know a 2nd round applicant (submitted on 2/17) has received the offer. 3.98 UGPA, major in accounting and stats, 165/170/3.5.

I emailed them yesterday to ask for my application status, but haven't received any response ....

I think that they won’t reply my email, they are too busy with Round 3 applicants ...

I think round 3 applicants will be very less in number as they are only accepting USA candidates and international candidates who have valid VISA to stay-in USA.
They also didn't have the round 3 earlier and they have introduced that this year.

Probably we won't receive the result today. Maybe rejected candidates will get decisions after they finalizing the process for round 3 applicants.
