MBB recruits at Columbia. If you're a strong candidate and/or you network, you should be able to land an interview. I don't know this from personal experience, but I spoke to a Columbia MSOR student who told me that he knew a few students (in MS&E I think) who interviewed with McKinsey. But in his words, "McKinsey has been known to interview some and then not recruit anyone here".
