COMPARE JHU vs UIUC vs Rutgers(MSMF)

Hi,

I got admitted by several schools. Have already turned down UW-CFRM, and I wanna get some advice about choosing from these three programs, JHU, UIUC, and MSMF at Rutgers.
JHU offers me 15% tuition waive along with an aid for health insurance. No scholarship for the other two.
Here are factors I care about:
1. Reputation of the university
2. Placement
I plan to find a job in US after graduation. But I might come back to my home country years after graduation, so the overall ranking does affect my choice.

What do you guys think the pros and cons for each program?
I would appreciate any advice you guys have!
